•  Mr. Elliott, Mr. Joseph, and Mr. Toscano individually have more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial industries.

•  BAS employs more than 170 people.  Our management staff averages more than 22 years of working in the insurance industry and our 40 Claim Processors / Customer Service Representatives possess an average of 20 years of claim processing experience.

•  BAS administers the employee benefit programs for more than 300 employer groups covering 75,000 employees.  These employer groups range in size from 15 employees to 4,000 employees.

•  With offices located in the suburbs of Chicago and St. Louis, BAS offers flexibility, timeliness, and control to its diverse client base of corporate, non-profit, and government employers.  In today’s changing world of healthcare, our goal is to design and manage employee benefit plans that are not only cost effective for the employer but meets the ever changing needs of the employee and his/her family.

•  BAS partners with select “A” rated Excess Loss Insurers, including CIGNA, HCC Life Insurance Company, Chubb Accident & Health, Companion Life, and HM Life Insurance Company.

•  With many local, State, and national Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) contracts, our clients are able to maximize provider access for all employees.

•  Our services include access to a proprietary nationwide network of pharmacies for prescription drug claims and a prescription drug mail order program.  BAS offers both traditional and a true Cost-Plus-Pass-Through prescription drug card programs.  Through these models, we are able to secure our clients significant claim dollar savings.
